The actress’ new gluten-free, low carb cookbook is scheduled to hit shelves on April 2, 2013.
After learning she was anemic and vitamin D deficient, actress Gwyneth Paltrow decided to get started on her second cookbook, featuring gluten-free and low carb recipes. The cookbook, titled “It’s All Good,” will hit bookstore shelves on April 2, 2013.
“It’s All Good” will include 185 recipes that fit her family’s new diet free of dairy, eggs, soy, sugar, coffee, alcohol, shellfish, wheat, meat, processed foods and other ingredients, according to E! Online. Paltrow revealed the cookbook will include recipes for huevos rancheros, hummus tartine with scallion-mint pesto and salmon burgers.
