Help NFCA Team Member Win $5000 to Support Celiac Awareness

Vote for Nancy Baker’s entry in Cartwheel for a Cause Video Contest. Ends March 2!

National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) team member Nancy Baker is hoping to win $5000 to support celiac awareness, but she needs the community’s help.

Nancy submitted an entry in Verity Mom’s Cartwheel for a Cause Video Contest, which asks participants to share information about a worthy charity or cause while doing cartwheels in the video. The contest offers a $6000 prize: $1000 to the winner and $5000 to the charity or cause highlighted in the video. The winner will be determined by the number of votes earned on the contest website.

Nancy’s video (entry #33) focuses on NFCA and the work it’s doing to improve diagnosis and treatment of celiac disease. In the video, Nancy notes the prevalence of celiac disease and the challenges individuals face when maintaining a gluten-free lifestyle. “The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness aggressively interfaces with the medical community and food industry to increase diagnosis and improve the quality of life of those living with celiac disease,” the video notes.

To vote for Nancy’s video, visit the Cartwheel for a Cause contest page (www.veritymom.com/cartwheel-for-a-cause) and select #33 Nancy Baker in the ballot on the right hand of the page.

Voting ends March 2, so vote today!
