GREAT Program Trained Z Pizza Franchise wins Industry Honors

GREAT Program participant ZPizza recently received the honor of Pizza Industry Enterprise (PIE) Award Winner for 2008 and recognized as the top pizza pizza chain by PMQ’s Pizza Magazine. PMQ’s Pizza Magazine is the industry’s leading business magazine, and announced the 2008 (PIE) Award Winner in its November/December issue.

ZPizza was recognized for its commitment to organic and gourmet ingredients as well as its gluten-free menu rollout that took place this year with the help of NFCA’s Gluten-Free Resource Education Awareness Training protocol.
