NFCA Director of Education Nancy Baker, along with Whitney Ehret, Director of Communications, were recently published in the May issue of Nutritional Outlook Magazine . In an article entitled, Gluten-Free Guidance, Whitney and Nancy dispel myths surrounding the gluten-free diet, food product safety and labeling issues, as well as considerations and best practices for food manufacturers.
