Media Buzzing about the “Gluten-Free Craze”

The Wall Street Journal questions the benefits of a gluten-free diet for those without a medical need like celiac disease.

Is a gluten-free diet really healthy for everyone, even those not living with gluten-related disorders?  The question has been buzzing around the media this week, with reporters comparing the nutrition facts of gluten-free alternatives to their gluten-containing counterparts.
