Novak Djokovic defeats Roger Federer to win the ATP World Tour Finals

Serbian tennis star Novak Djokovic made headlines when he adopted a gluten-free diet last year.  This week, the stellar athlete is making headlines once again, this time for defeating Swiss competitor Roger Federer in the ATP World Tour Finals.
