GoPhila.com is committed to providing local and visiting celiacs with information on Philadelphia establishments that have been trained through NFCA’s Gluten-Free Resource Education and Awareness Training (GREAT) program. Currently listed area restaurants were all GREAT trained as a part of their participation in NFCA’s 5th anniversary celebration, ‘Appetite for Awareness’.
NFCA would like to thank GoPhila.com, as well as these fabulous Philadelphia restaurants, for their commitment to gluten-free cooking and the celiac disease community. We hope cities across the country will follow suit, as we continue efforts to increase the number of gluten-free dining opportunities through NFCA’s GREAT program.
