Gluten-Free Holiday How-TosThe National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) has launched a special 4-week event to help gluten-free individuals and families navigate holiday feasts and festivities. Gluten-Free Holiday How-Tos runs Nov. 21-Dec. 16 and includes a Gluten-Free Holiday Tip of the Day from the celiac community plus recipes and advice from four gluten-free bloggers. The event is sponsored by Crunchmaster.

The cornerstone of the event is a series of exclusive eblasts, one per week. Each eblast focuses on a specific theme and features advice from a top gluten-free blogger.  The themes are:

  • How to Fit a Fruit or Vegetable in Every Holiday Dish (Dec. 9)
  • How to Keep Your Gluten-Free Holiday Low Fuss and Low Cost (Dec. 16)

The eblasts will only be sent to those who sign up at the [Subscribe here] links listed at www.beyondceliac.org/holiday. Individuals who sign up to receive each eblast will be entered to win a weekly giveaway - $40 worth of free Crunchmaster crackers – as well as the Grand Prize giveaway - $100 cash plus $40 worth of free Crunchmaster crackers. Winners will be notified via email.
