Qualified Charitable Distributions

Reduce your tax burden by giving through an IRA in retirement.

If you are 70 ½ years old or older, you can make a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD) from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) directly to Beyond Celiac without the distribution counting as taxable income. Up to $100,000 in taxable IRA funds can be counted as QCDs annually for individuals (up to $200,000 for married couples). This can be a tax-efficient way to give. In addition, a QCD can be used toward your required minimum distribution.

Combined Federal Campaign

The mission of the CFC is to promote and support philanthropy through a program that is employee focused, cost-efficient, and effective in providing all federal employees the opportunity to improve the quality of life for all. If you are a federal government employee, you can support Beyond Celiac by using the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) number 77854 on your pledge card during the annual campaign season. Donations will be made via payroll deductions.
