FDA to Hold Teleconference on Gluten-Free Labeling of Foods Today

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has released the following invitation to a teleconference that will be held this afternoon. The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) will be dialing in to get the latest update.
