Webcast: Dos and Don’ts for Talking to Your Family about Celiac Disease Screening

For years, the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) has heard from community members who have had trouble getting their relatives to understand their celiac disease risk and take action by getting screened. To address the issue, NFCA conducted a multi-phase research project, which gave way to our new Seriously, Celiac Diseasecampaign and its companion tool, Dos and Don’tsfor talking to your family about celiac disease screening.

NFCA’s Director of Healthcare Initiatives Kristin Voorhees, MA is teaming up with Anne Lee, EdD, RDN, LD, Professionals Manager of Dr. Schar USA, NFCA Patient Advisory Council Member Kyle Noble and Priyanka Chugh, author of Anti-Wheat Girl to bring these Dos and Don’tsto life so you can understand the right way to approach a conversation with your family.

NFCA Patient Education Manager Rachel Rieger will moderate the program and share your questions with our special guests.
