Supporting Healthy Living with Celiac Disease Together: Jefferson and the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA)

Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals and the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness present an evening of education and a gluten-free cooking demonstration with food sampling by Chef Gregg Ciprioni of Garces Trading Company. Emily Rubin, Registered Dietitian from Jefferson’s Department of Gastroenterology and Hepatology will be available to answer any nutrition related questions.

Dr. Anthony J. DiMarino, Jr., Professor Medicine and Chief of the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Jefferson, will speak about celiac disease and non-celiac gluten sensitivity, treatment and the future of the disease.
