Michigan Restaurant Association Show 2013


Attention, foodservice professionals!  Been hearing a lot about "gluten-free" lately? Come see the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) at the Michigan Restaurant Association Show to learn about the gluten-free diet and the gluten-related disorders it's prescribed to treat.  NFCA will be teaching restaurant professionals how to provide safe and superior gluten-free meals for customers living with celiac disease and gluten sensitivity. 

When: Tuesday, October 15, 2013 to Wednesday, October 16, 2013

              Novi, MI 48374

Time: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Tuesday) and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Wednesday)
