Gluten-Free Cooking with Frito-Lay Giveaway Winner Announced

Many of Frito-Lay’s products, including Classic Potato Chips, Fritos, and Baked Lay’s, are naturallyFrito-Lay Logo gluten-free.  The company recently developed a validation process and is working to label the appropriate products as gluten-free.  To help spread the word, Frito-Lay asked NFCA to try out recipes featuring these naturally gluten-free products.  With the help of gluten-free bloggers, NFCA put these recipes to the test in the Gluten-Free Cooking with Frito-Lay recipe series and giveaway.

As each recipe was revealed and reviewed, the online community was encouraged to enter the giveaway for a chance to win the products featured in the recipes.  Congratulations to Patricia Castrejon for being the lucky grand prize winner in the giveaway!
